Seaberg is a small publisher that focuses on poetry, specifically on the poetry of the Eastern Cape Province, South Africa.

Philosophy

Seaberg is not a mainstream publisher, but seeks to publish quality poetry from the Eastern Cape.  This is both to focus the publication, as well as to explore and disseminate the rich work available in this area.

At present Seaberg publishes in English, which does not explore creativity in the rich isi-Xhosa, Afrikaans and Sotho languages of the province, although, of course, elements of these traditions are drawn into the English verse.
